Our Inside Sales team plays a critical role in driving these initiatives, and we’re looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead this dynamic team to success. As our Supervisor for the Inside Sales Team, you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, responsible for leading, inspiring, and driving a high-performing team. You’ll ensure we continue to meet and exceed targets while fostering a positive, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: You’ll guide a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through high-volume outbound calls and targeted prospecting. You’ll collaborate on prospect lists, follow up on marketing leads, and develop strategies for vertical or specific market segments. You’ll motivate your team to exceed sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. You’ll oversee training programs for new starters and provide ongoing coaching to develop skills and drive results. You’ll foster a sense of ownership and accountability, addressing team challenges and celebrating successes. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the sales team and senior management, ensuring company vision, mission, and values are communicated effectively. You’ll manage schedules, handle escalated calls or queries, and document performance metrics. You’ll lead recruitment efforts in collaboration with the Senior Manager, playing a key role in selecting top talent. To Succeed in this role: We’re seeking a sales-savvy leader who thrives in a target-driven environment. You have a proven track record in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales. You have supervisory or coaching experience, with a natural flair for motivating teams. You have strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and tools like Salesforce or SAP. You’re positive, results-driven, and self-motivated. You have exceptional communication, analytical, and listening skills. GCSE level or equivalent. Computer literacy is essential. Familiarity with voice-logging systems or appointment-marking tools is a plus but not required.
